Sunata Tjiterosampurno - President Commissioner
Mr. Tjiterosampurno has served as one of BUMA’s Commissioners since 2009. Mr. Tjiterosampurno has also served at Northstar Advisors Pte. Ltd. since 2006 where he is a Managing Director. He formerly served as a director in the investment banking division of PT Danareksa Sekuritas from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, from 1998 to 2004, he served as a senior consultant of Boston Consulting Group where he was involved in various strategy, acquisition and business improvement projects. He started his career as an equity analyst of PT Lippo Securities in 1995. Mr. Tjiterosampurno holds a Bachelor Degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin, USA and a Masters Degree in finance from the London Business School, UK.
Eng Aik Meng - Commissioner
Mr. Eng has served as BUMA’s commissioner since 2012. He has 20 years of experience at multinational companies in senior leadership positions. He has also held board positions in various countries throughout Asia, Australia and the Middle East. He possesses well-rounded expertise in strategy, operational leadership and post merger integration. Currently, he is also Senior Advisor to TPG Capital and an independent director of Jurong Port which is fully owned by the government of Singapore.
Prior to this, he was the Chief Operating Officer of Fortis Healthcare International and responsible for the strategic, financial and operational performance of all of Fortis Healthcare’s international businesses which included hospitals, dental chains, primary and specialty clinics as well as diagnostics businesses. Prior to joining Fortis Healthcare International, Mr. Eng held various executive positions in multinational companies such as President of APL (American President Lines) - a global container transportation and maritime terminals company with revenues of US$ 8 billion with 5000 staff and as Deputy CEO of IMC Corp Group responsible for managing a portfolio of companies. errinMr. Eng holds an MBA from Harvard University and Bachelor of Accountancy (Honors) from Nanyang Technological University. He also serves on the Advisory Board of Nanyang Business School, Singapore.
Simon Edward Harle - Commissioner
Mr. Harle has served as BUMA’s Commissioner since November 2011. Currently, he is a Managing Director of TPG, based in Melbourne. Mr. Harle joined TPG in 2006 and has played an active role in relation to a number of investments including Alinta Energy - the power generator and retailer and operator of a coal mine in South Australia; and Asciano – the port and rail operator which is a major player in the coal haulage market in Eastern Australia. Other TPG investments in which Mr. Harle has played an active role include Myer, Healthscope and Petbarn. Prior to joining TPG Mr. Harle was in the investment banking division of Credit Suisse where he advised on a number of resources industry and private equity transactions. He previously spent nine years at Arthur Andersen Corporate Finance based in Australia and the United Kingdom. Mr. Harle holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne and qualified as a Chartered Accountant.
Eddy Porwanto - Commissioner
Mr Eddy Porwanto joined Delta Dunia as Director in June 2014. He is also serving as Commissioner of PT Bukit Makmur Mandiri since early 2014. Previously he served as Director Operations of Northstar since 2013. From 2010 to 2013, he served as Director in Archipelago Resources Plc, and as President Director of PT Meares Soputan Mining and PT Tambang Tondano Nusajaya. Mr Eddy Porwanto has more than 17 years of experience in the field of Finance where he served as CFO in PT Garuda Indonesia, PT General Motor Indonesia, PT GM Autorworld, PT Reckitt Benckiser Indonesia after starting his career in PT BAT Indonesia. Mr Eddy Porwanto holds Master of Business Administration from University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign.
