Hamid Awaludin - President and Independent Commissioner
Mr. Awaludin was appointed as a President and Independent Commissioner of Delta in June 2011. Previously, Mr. Awaludin served as the Ambassador of the Republic of Indonesia to the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus since 2008. From 2004 to 2007 he served as the Minister of Justice and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia and from 2001 to 2004 he was the Commissioner of the Indonesian National Election Commission. Mr. Awaludin has a Law Degree from Hasanuddin University, Makassar, Indonesia (1986), a Masters Degree in International Affairs (1990), a Masters of Laws (1991) and a Ph. D (1998) from American University, USA. He also received a special training on human rights from Lund University, Sweden (2001).
Siswanto - Independent Commissioner
Mr. Siswanto has served as our Independent Commissioner since 2008. He is a retired Brigadier General of the Indonesian military service. Mr. Siswanto holds several other corporate positions including as a Director of PT Mulia Bhakti Abadi since 2005, as a Commissioner of PT Truba Bara Bayuenim since 2005 and as an Independent Commissioner of PT Truba Alam Manunggal Tbk since 2005. He has a Bachelor Degree in Political Science from Universitas Terbuka, Indonesia (1984) and a Masters Degree in Management from American World University, USA (1989).
Nurdin Zainal - Independent Commissioner
Mr. Zainal has served as our Independent Commissioner since 2009. He is a retired Major General of the Indonesian military service. Since his retirement, Mr. Zainal has held several other corporate positions, including being a commissioner of PT Pertamina (Persero) since 2010. Mr. Zainal has a Bachelor Degree in political science from Universitas Terbuka, Indonesia (1996) and a Masters Degree in Management from STIE Widya Jayakarta Jakarta, Indonesia (2001).
Patrick Walujo - Commissioner
Mr. Walujo has served as our Commissioner since 2009. Mr. Walujo co-founded and has been a Managing Director of Northstar Pacific since 2003. Prior to that, from 2000 to 2003, he served as Senior Vice President of Pacific Century Group Ventures Ltd in Tokyo, where he was responsible for mergers, acquisitions and corporate business development in Japan. He started his career at Goldman, Sachs & Co. in London and New York, where he served from 1997 to 2000. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Operations Research & Industrial Engineering from Cornell University, USA (1997).
Fei Zou - Commissioner
Dr. Zou has served as a Commissioner of Delta since June 2011. Since 2008, Dr. Zou has served as a Managing director at the China Investment Corporation. Before joining China Investment Corporation, Dr. Zou was an equity portfolio manager at American Century Investments from 1999 to 2008. Dr. Zou has a Masters Degree in Economics and a Ph. D in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin, USA. Dr. Zou is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the Chartered Financial Analyst Institute.
Ashish Jaiprakash Shastry - Commissioner
Mr. Shastry has served as a Commissioner of Delta since June 2011. Since 1998, Mr. Shastry has served as a Managing Director and the Head of Southeast Asia at TPG Capital, based in Singapore. Since 2005, Mr. Shastry has spearheaded TPG Capital’s investment activities in Southeast Asia. He also served as a non-executive director at PT Bank Tabugan Pensiunan Nasional Tbk., United Test and Assembly Center Ltd., Parkway Holdings Limited, Parkway Life Real Estate Investment Trust, Matrix Laboratories Limited and Asia Pacific Healthcare Group Pty Ltd. Mr. Shastry has a Bachelor Degree in Economics from Princeton University, USA.
Sunata Tjiterosampurno - Commissioner
Mr. Tjiterosampurno has served as a Commissioner of Delta since June 2011. Since 2006, Mr. Tjiterosampurno has served at Northstar Advisors Pte. Ltd. where he is a Managing Director. He previously served as a director in the investment banking division of PT Danareksa Sekuritas from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, from 1998 to 2004, Mr. Tjiterosampurno served as a senior consultant of Boston Consulting Group where he was involved in various strategy, acquisition and business improvement projects. He started his career as an equity analyst of PT Lippo Securities in 1995. Mr. Tjiterosampurno holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin, USA and a Masters Degree in Finance from the London Business School, UK.
